1. Booking & Scheduling

By booking an appointment online, you agree to the selected service type, duration, and rate. Free estimates are evaluations only; no repairs or installations are performed during estimate appointments.

2. Deposits

Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed on the schedule.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Materials, hardware, and specialty items are billed separately.

4. Service Duration

If a project extends beyond the scheduled time block (1-hour, half-day, full-day), additional labor is billed at the standard hourly rate.

5. Materials & Supplies

Clients may provide their own materials, but any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete materials may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. Missed appointments may require a new deposit before rescheduling.

7. Safety & Work Area Access

Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the work area. If unsafe conditions prevent work from beginning, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled with fees applied.

8. Warranty & Work Guarantee

OTB Handyman Services guarantees workmanship quality for 3 days after job completion. Touch-ups or adjustments requested after 3 days may be billed as a new service.

9. Scope Changes

Any additional tasks, changes to the scope, or added requests outside the original booking may result in extra charges or a new appointment.

10. Liability

OTB Handyman Services is fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or failures caused by faulty materials provided by the client.
